Ingredients

1/2 cup sour orange juice
1 tablespoon olive oil

4 skinned chicken-breast halves with the bone

Instructions:

1. Combine juice and the next seven ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Add the chicken and seal the bag. Allow the ingredients to marinate in refrigerator at least one hour. You may allow the ingredients to marinate up to three hours.

2. Preheat oven to 375°.

3. Place chicken in a large baking pan coated with cooking spray. Cover the chicken and allow it to bake for twenty minutes. Uncover and bake twenty minutes or until the chicken is ready.

16 ounces tomato sauce
1 small pack of frozen green beans
1 cup red wine
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of capers
1 fresh bay leaf
3 tablespoons of black pepper and vinegar salt

You need a large saute pan for this dish. Prepare the beef by sprinkling pepper and salt around all sides. Set the beef aside. It is now time to heat the oil over medium-high heat in a saute pan. Saute the onions and bell peppers for a few moments. Add the garlic and saute the vegetables for an extra two minutes.

It is now time for you to add all your ingredients without your green beans and potatoes. Add beef. Stir the beef carefully with the ingredients. Allow the pan to come to a boil.
